Stem-Hydrated Delivery Guide

1. Packing standards

Every order of fresh flowers including rose gardens, peony rows, lily stems, tulip meadows, orchid conservatories, wildflower bundles and exotic blooms is packed in stem-hydrated sleeves with protective wrapping to minimise transit damage. Delicate blooms receive additional padding where needed.

2. Dispatch timeline

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Weekend orders dispatch on the next business day.

3. Delivery coverage

We deliver across India through partner courier networks. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout based on your PIN code.

4. Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: free standard shipping on eligible checkout totals.
• Cash on Delivery: a courier surcharge may apply and is shown before payment confirmation.

5. Delivery instructions

Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number. For gift deliveries, include any special handling notes in the order comments field.

6. Unsuccessful delivery

If a courier cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to our desk. Re-delivery or refund options will be communicated by email.
