Freshness Resolution Policy

Effective date: 14 July 2026

1. Scope

This policy covers eligible refund or replacement requests for fresh flowers including rose gardens, peony rows, lily stems, tulip meadows, orchid conservatories, wildflower bundles and exotic blooms purchased through Appily Twenty.

2. Eligible claims

  • Wrong flower variety or stem count delivered compared to your order confirmation.
  • Shipment lost in transit with no delivery scan within the expected window.
  • Stems arrive visibly wilted, crushed, or damaged beyond normal transit stress.

3. Ineligible claims

  • Natural colour variation between photographs and live blooms.
  • Minor petal bruising that does not affect overall arrangement quality.
  • Delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
  • Orders where delivery was attempted but recipient was unavailable.

4. How to raise a claim

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at petals@appilytwenty.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our petal desk will review and respond within two business days.

5. Resolution options

Approved claims may receive a partial refund, full refund, or replacement shipment depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.
