• Communication data: support messages, delivery instructions, and email verification tokens.
• Technical data: browser type, session identifiers, and basic usage logs for security.

We process personal data to fulfil orders, verify your email, coordinate courier delivery, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Order records are retained for the period required by tax and commercial law. Account data remains until you request deletion, subject to legal hold requirements.
